I cannot say enough good things about Zenn Contruction.  But I should start by giving a little background… I had a shower stall renovation done by another contractor.  I went with them because the price was within our budget.  Well, the expression “You get what you pay for” started to become very clear to me at about day two but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and moved on.  Well, in the end, they did an awful job!  When I realized what a mess I was in, I called Zenn.  The owner, Nick, was right on it… “I’ll stop by tomorrow to take a look at it.”   Well, turns out water was getting behind the tile and it  had only been a month or so!  We agreed that the whole thing needed to be taken down and redone the right way.  Within a week, a crew from Zenn came and got to work.  The owner, Nick, has an eye for detail and his workmanship is unmatched.  He truly takes pride in his work and he’s a pleasure to work with.  Fast forward to today…My shower stall is amazing! It’s finally what I wanted from the start.  I only wish I had gone with Zenn from the beginning.  Bottom line, spare yourself the frustration, time, anxiety and wasted money and get it done the right way to start with by hiring Zenn!!

I had 2 people Build my Deck and repair it and each time if would be weak and shake.  When NBM came he did things I would never have seen a contractor do extensively where this deck was PART OF THE HOUSE!  Very Sturdy

We did a full home renovation with NBM—from adding a mudroom, office, and master suite to redoing the kitchen, relocating the laundry and bathroom, and opening up the living space. While the project extended past the original timeline due to the holidays, COVID, and changes we made, everything was handled professionally. The original scope stayed on budget, and any overages were from upgrades we chose (like a new roof and kitchen redesign). Nick and his team were fantastic—skilled, responsive, and easy to work with. We hired Nick and his team to build an addition on our house and remodel almost the entire first floor (and some of the second floor). They did an excellent job and the house looks fantastic.  Nick was very involved, answered all of my questions patiently, would give me his opinion when I asked and coordinated with some of the subs (cabinets, countertops etc) that I hired separately.  Living through construction is always stressful and intrusive but he made it as seamless as possible, and we were only out of our house for two nights (while the floors were refinished).  The whole job was quicker than I expected (and quicker than other contractors told me it would be).  I highly recommend Nick and his team for big and small projects.

It is without hesitation that I highly recommend Nick Zennario of NBM Custom Builders and Remodelers! Nick has completed multiple and various construction and renovation projects for me over the years. I am a very detail oriented person and Nick has the ability to accommodate and exceed my expectations. He is a skilled craftsman and has done impeccable work. In addition to that, he is trustworthy! It is easy to recommend NBM Custom Builders since we had such a great experience with them.  Nick was responsive and patient with us...even handle our two dogs well!!   The extension they did to our house looks great and looks like it's always been there, matches our house perfectly.  We are excited to move our furniture in and begin using it.  Again, we definitely recommend NBM!
